I specialize in helping individuals, couples and families who are facing stressors such as life transitions (empty nest, receiving a difficult diagnosis, divorce, etc.), grief, perinatal and postpartum adjustment, traumatic events, relational distress, parenting concerns, aging, religious trauma and burnout. Counseling approaches I use include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Gottman Method Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
